Location
Marina Apartments is located on a hill, overlooking the city, the marina, and the port (Scala Nuova). There is short walk of approximately, 10 minutes by foot to the centre of Kuşadası. Traffic noise is limited to a low level due to the screening of buildings between Marina apartments and the circular road.

Facilities
The complex is made up off 61 luxury apartments in 2 blocks, swimming pool with a water fall, children’s playground, barbeque area and shops is surrounded by a stone wall. Caretaker, gardener, and security will have their own quarters inside the compound. There is one 6-person elevator in each block, back-up generator for elevators, water pumps, and external lights. The compound has its own water supply.
