Tepekoy is a wonderful little Aegean village of a handful of inhabitants. It is located 4 km inland from the Kusadasi coast which makes for pleasant nights even in July and August. Most of the houses in the area date from the 19 th Century or earlier and were built at a time when Tepekoy was predominantly a Greek village. The village lies on the crest of a hill surrounded by fruit orchards, vineyards and olive groves with the higher hills covered with pine forest.

This particular home is just off the main village road, and would make a lovely three-bedroomed cottage with some tender care, or our team of experienced renovators can undertake the work for you if you prefer. Electric, water, sewage and telephone are all on site and connected.
